SLO Village is a vibrant community working together to create a better experience of aging. We are a membership organization focused on empowering older adults to continue living successfully in their own homes and communities as they age. Our members are encouraged to participate in social events and activities. We also provide access to vetted volunteers who help with transportation, technology, and handyman services to make living in place easier and more enjoyable. FEN’s surrogate consultant, Althea Halchuck, will be presenting information on effective surrogacy and advance directives.
