After taking a one year hiatus due to the global pandemic, we are excited to announce that the 3rd EA Retreat is scheduled for August 27 – 30 (Fri-Mon) at the same cabin venue from 2018. For those who are not familiar, see the discussion below view pictures from previous retreats to give you a sense of what to expect. Also, this link takes you to the Eden Crest cabin that we will be staying at: https://www.edencrest.net/rentals/majestic-mountain-lodge Prior year attendees were given first dibs for room/bed accommodations, so unfortunately all of the private rooms have been spoken for. However, the bunk room (full size beds) has several openings, and there is even spillover space for sofa sleepers and twin trundles. We are anxious to see old friends and meet new ones through this beautiful EA community. To reserve your spot, simply fill out the registration here: (https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/Z9YDVH8). We will be in touch soon after to collect payment, which will ultimately confirm your reservation. Comment below with any questions you have or private message Charles Parrish. As brain function is increasingly damaged by dementia, a person begins to lose interest in or forgets to eat and drink. Eventually, they lose the ability to physically feed themselves and must be fed either artificially or by hand by a caregiver. Without specific instructions to your caregivers not to provide food or fluid, caregivers will continue to keep you fed and hydrated until you die of something else. These dementia directives were written so that you can specify that you do NOT want that.
