Thank you for considering partnering with Final Exit Network to advance the right to die movement. When entering a partnership with a state right to die organization, FEN has four expectations. The partnering organization will:

• List FEN on their website (for example, under the Resources tab);
• Provide an article for the FEN magazine written by a member of the organization’s leadership;
• Invite a FEN representative to present to the organization’s leadership and volunteers; and
• Provide quarterly feedback on the number of referrals that are made by the organization to FEN.

Partnerships can be dissolved by mutual agreement at any point. They will be reviewed annually to make any necessary adjustments to programs or to update pertinent information.
